This quaint, two bedroom and one bath cottage on Lake Charlevoix has been a family summer home for 45 years. It sleeps up to 6 people. There is a deep water buoy that can handle sailboats and large power boats. The dock is there to tie up your boat or jet skis and it's great for swimming off of too. There is also a gas grill to cook on and a bonfire pit to enjoy late night conversations and roasting marshmallows. Perfect place to create some memories!
